1.Itineraries & Operational Conditions
All itineraries are subject to prevailing weather conditions, supplier rates, operational availability, and any local events within the destination city. Adjustments may be made where required to maintain safety and operational feasibility.
2.Dynamic Pricing
All package and service rates are dynamic and may vary at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed only upon successful reservation.
3.Public Holidays & Blackout Periods
Travel during public holidays, peak seasons, or designated blackout periods may attract additional surcharges imposed by hotels, transport providers, or local operators.
4.Excursions & Tour Scheduling (Seat-in-Coach)
Excursions or tours booked on a Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis may be rescheduled or moved to alternate dates depending on operational requirements and the number of passengers confirmed.
5.Group Departures
Group departure packages operate on fixed travel dates and are subject to achieving the minimum required group size. Define Journeys reserves the right to amend or cancel group departures if minimum numbers are not met.
6.Airport Transfers (Seat-in-Coach)
Airport transfers booked on a Seat-in-Coach basis are arranged strictly according to the flight details provided at the time of booking. Any last-minute flight changes, delays, amendments may result in service unavailability or additional charges for alternative arrangements.
7.Deposit & Payment Conditions
A 5% deposit of the total package price is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 3 days of arrival or if the package includes non-refundable services as specified by suppliers.
8.Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges vary based on the hotel’s cancellation terms, which may include refundable or non-refundable reservations. Applicable charges will be advised at the time of cancellation in accordance with supplier policies.
9.Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking, the traveller acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions as set out by Define Journeys.
